Accounts
When you access our service using Google OAuth, you agree to comply with Google's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for any activity that occurs under your account. If you believe that your Google account credentials have been compromised or unauthorized access has occurred, you must notify us immediately.
Use of the Service
Our service allows you to create event to find artists to collaborate with. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the service by any third party.
You further agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Use the service in any way that may impair, damage, or disable the service or interfere with other users' use of the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the service or any other systems or networks connected to the service.
- Use any automated means or form of scraping or data extraction to access, query, or otherwise collect information from the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
